We love this girl. Don't you sometimes wish you could dress like your children. Penelepe didn't appreciate Violette's outfit - because she was wearing HER boots. If they would fit me I would steal them too.

Violette is constantly dragging the chair to find food for herself. Cookies are a healthy snack at our house (at least the kids think so).

Penelepe requested this picture, with her favorite balloon, be on the blog.

Build and Grow

We went to Lowes on Saturday for their Build and Grow workshop. The kids loved it! Each child gets an apron and glasses, and they also get a patch for each project they make to be sewn onto their aprons.

Penelepe wore her protective eye wear the entire time. She is so safe. Oliver on the other hand......

Two hoops just in time for March Madness.

Don't worry O.S.H.A. was on site just in case anything happened. (Oliver bribed her with fruit snacks to get away with not wearing his glasses.)


It was so fun - Lowes is my new favorite store! If you think your kids would like to try it out click here to see if there is a workshop near you. (It says recommend for 1st - 5th graders - but Penelepe loved it.)

What Every Woman Does NOT Want to Hear

In the check out line today, at Tops, the woman behind us was saying how cute the girls were. She then asked their ages and then asked ME, "When are you due?". At first I thought she said something like "what do you do", but she was staring at my belly! Seriously what woman wants to hear that! But I did what any respectable lady would do and smiled and told her that I was indeed NOT pregnant. Then I went home unloaded the groceries and ate a donut ( OK a donut and a half). And then later I made these....

But in all honesty - thanks for the reality check. Work out program starts tomorrow.

Winter fun with Momma Lee

Momma Lee came to visit us for a few days and brought some sunshine with her. We had fun and ate like kings while she was here.

Oliver was here.

And future horror film maker Penelepe was here too.

We were so sad when Momma Lee left. Rozannah went back with her and we are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo jealous.
